Blackstar CV10 Carmen Vandenberg Signature

The CV10 deploys a 6L6 output valve and an ECC83 in the preamp stage to give this amp a distinctively American bright clean sound and searing lead tone. The built-in overdrive circuit – inspired by our renowned HT-Drive pedal – takes the lead tone from dynamic crunch to a singing, smooth legato and remains composed and graceful.

Carmen Vandenberg. One of the most exciting guitarists in the world. Her band, Bones UK, has been Grammy nominated and supported the likes of KORN and Rage Against the Machine. She also co-wrote the Jeff Beck album Loud Hailer. In 2019 Carmen worked closely with Blackstar’s engineers to create her signature CV30. Now, answering calls for a lower wattage and more compact version, we are proud to introduce the CV10. Based on the Studio 10 6L6, one of Carmen’s favourite amps, the CV10 is perfect for Carmen’s blend of riff-heavy rock and roll and industrial blues tones.
